Quanted.ai provides advanced mathematical and computational interview preparation materials. All content is strictly for educational purposes. We are not a recruitment agency, nor are we affiliated with any financial institution, hedge fund, or proprietary trading firm. We do not provide financial, investment, or cryptocurrency trading advice. While our curriculum is designed to cover core concepts tested at the institutional level, quanted.ai makes no guarantees regarding employment outcomes, salary increases, or successful interview passage.
2. Access Period
Each purchase grants time-limited access to the relevant course materials, starting from the moment of purchase:
Core Framework: 90 days of access.
Advanced Synthesis: 180 days of access.
Access expires automatically at the end of the applicable period, after which the content is no longer available to your account. Reminder notifications are sent before expiry. The applicable access period is stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
Principal Track: lifetime access, meaning access for as long as quanted.ai continues to operate the platform. Includes all Core Framework and Advanced Synthesis materials, together with future videos released as part of the Principal Track. Also includes one live Engineering Review session.
3. Intellectual Property and Anti-Piracy
All materials provided by quanted.ai, including but not limited to video lectures, problem sets, and text, are the exclusive intellectual property of quanted.ai.
- Single-User License: Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for the duration of your access period. You may not share your login credentials, sub-license, or distribute the material to any third party.
- Security and Tracking: To protect our proprietary framework, all video content is secured, encrypted with enterprise-grade DRM, and dynamically watermarked with your unique identifiable information, including your email address and unique identifier.
- Zero-Tolerance Policy: Unauthorized screen-recording, downloading, credential sharing, or redistribution of any kind is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate termination of your account without refund and may authorize quanted.ai to pursue legal action and seek damages.
4. Refund Policy & EU/UK Right to Cancel
Because this is digital content delivered immediately, at checkout you are asked to expressly consent to immediate access and to acknowledge that, once access begins, you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel (the "cooling-off period"). By ticking the consent box and completing your purchase, you provide this consent and acknowledgment, and confirmation is included in your receipt.
Accordingly, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights in respect of content that is faulty, inaccessible, or not as described.
A complete sample video, representative of the depth and style of the course, is made freely available prior to purchase so that you can evaluate the materials before buying.
5. Pricing and Content Modifications
Quanted.ai reserves the right to modify, add, or remove course material, and to change the pricing of our products at any time. Such changes will apply only to future customers and will not retroactively affect the access terms or require additional payments from existing purchasers who have already paid their one-off fee.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Nothing in these terms deprives consumers of protections available under the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
